二、产品概述：

本仪器主要测试聚乙烯在一定的温度环境和恒定的压力下经过一定的时间后的压痕深度。

本仪器是国内自动化程度最高，最领先的测试聚乙烯压痕硬度的测试仪器，由于做的时间比较长，试验人员只需要在试验前设定好参数后，会自动根据设置的实验条件进行加温，并保持恒温，能够自动加载，并自动采集结果、计算平均数值。实验完成后有报警提示，报警时间长短可以设定！

    三、产品特点：

1、本仪器核心控制部分通过7寸触摸屏设置参数并控制。

2、本仪器变形采集利用国内领先的微型位移传感器技术，淘汰了利用数字千分表采集位移精度低、易坏及需要更换电池等缺陷

3、设置好参数后，点开始实验后自动加载，实验结束后自动计算结果，同时压头自动复位到初始位置进行下次实验

4、 同时可以做三路实验，也可以单独进行一路或二路

5、 本仪器带有微型打印机，可以对试验结果进行打印，并自动计算平均值。

6、 测试环境温度为：室温-100度，温度可设定

7、 具有报警提示，实验完成后根据设定的报警时间进行报警。
